Facilities Engineer - Manufacturing - Sturbridge, MA
The Facilities Engineer will oversee facility operations and manufacturing equipment to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment, driving strategic planning, operational optimization, and facility upgrades. This hands-on role requires expertise in facility and equipment management, project planning, data analysis, and compliance with safety regulations to support the company's initiatives.

Description
- Strategically plan and manage facility operations with an engineering mindset to align with company goals.
- Oversee maintenance, budget management, and capital projects.
- Evaluate and enhance manufacturing equipment performance.
- Drive space, infrastructure, and environmental health and safety (EHS) programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and oversee security.
Profile
- Bachelor in Engineering Discipline
- 5+ Years of Facilities or Maintenance experience
- Strong background in Safety regulations
- Hands on Maintenance experience
- Project planning knowledge
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $115,000-$130,000
