Description

• Oversee day-to-day operations on active construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
• Solve problems on the fly and keep projects on track and within budget

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Proven track record of managing ground-up and/or renovation projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Local or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
