As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multi‑million‑dollar commercial construction projects across the Minneapolis Metropolitan area, ensuring they are delivered with excellence, on time, and within budget. Description

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects exceeding $60M in value
  • Oversee document control, including RFIs, change orders, and claims
  • Provide daily coordination and support to project teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Direct procurement of construction materials and manage subcontractor bid processes
  • Implement rigorous Quality Control and Quality Assurance standards across all phases
  • Perform estimating, takeoffs, and develop conceptual budgets, including self-performed work
  • Drive business development and networking initiatives to strengthen client relationships
  • Take ownership of project schedules, budgets, and quality goals, ensuring successful delivery
  • Engage clients with a strategic, business development mindset to foster long-term partnerships
  • Expand business opportunities into new markets throughout the Minneapolis region

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field
  • 10-12+ years of progressive experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Prior experience in Commercial, Retail, and Light Industrial/Warehouse construction strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in on-site project management and oversight, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams while building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Skilled at managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet financial and operational goals
  • Solid understanding of procurement, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration
  • Commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance across all job sites
  • Strategic mindset with business development capabilities, including expanding into new markets and fostering long-term partnerships

Job Offer

  • Base Salary between $135,000 - $155,000 depending on level of experience with a General Contractor
