Description

The Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:

• Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for glass and polymer production, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
• Identify areas for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent product output.
• Lead and manage projects related to new process implementation, equipment upgrades, and technology integration.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize parameters, and achieve production goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and maintenance, to achieve manufacturing objectives.
• Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of proven manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
