Description
The Senior Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for glass and polymer production, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
- Identify areas for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Diagnose and resolve process-related issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent product output.
- Lead and manage projects related to new process implementation, equipment upgrades, and technology integration.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize parameters, and achieve production goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality, and maintenance, to achieve manufacturing objectives.
- Ensure all processes adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- 10+ years of proven manufacturing engineering experience.
- Strong background in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Expertise in statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Strong understanding of material properties and their impact on manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
