This is a fully onsite position supporting a steady pipeline of retail and commercial projects, with strong opportunity for development or leadership depending on experience.

Description

• Prepare estimates, take-offs, and bid proposals
• Support preconstruction and budgeting processes
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost accuracy
• Assist in subcontractor solicitation and bid leveling

Profile

• Estimator I/II or experienced Preconstruction Manager
• Retail experience preferred (grocery, big box)
• Local to Columbia or willing to relocate (onsite required)
