Senior Sales Account Manager - ONSITE - Auburn, NY
The Senior Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the plastics industry, ensuring excellent customer relationships and achieving sales targets. This role is based onsite in Auburn, NY, and requires strong sales acumen and strategic account management skills.

Description
- Serve as a Strategic Account Manager, responsible for managing and growing a small portfolio of high‑value OEM customers within a technically complex manufacturing environment.
- Develop and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with customers in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, and related regulated markets.
- Manage existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities, programs, and product expansions within assigned customers.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and quoting through contract execution and ongoing account support.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, operations, and leadership teams to deliver customer‑specific manufacturing solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring alignment across technical requirements, quality standards, timelines, and commercial expectations.
- Provide accurate forecasting, account planning, and pipeline visibility to sales leadership.
- Represent the organization in customer meetings, technical discussions, and strategic reviews

- 5+ years of account management or sales experience within manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or a technically complex environment.
- Experience supporting a small number of high‑value customers with long‑term programs and ongoing production.
- Comfort operating in an engineering‑driven organization, with the ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative, with a low‑ego, team‑first mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Job Offer
Quarterly profit sharing
Base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.
