As an Project Manager, you'll play a key role in project delivery and team success by:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of multifamily and commercial restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client standards.
- Budget Management: Create, monitor, and maintain project budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Scheduling: Develop and oversee project schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
- Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house staff.
- Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction progress and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project records, reports, and updates for internal and client use.
Profile
The successful Project Manager - Restoration Construction - Charlotte should have the following qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on multifamily and/or commercial construction or restoration projects.
- Education: BS in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with construction software.
- Motivated: A strong drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
