Intellectual Property Disputes Associate
This role offers junior to midlevel associates the opportunity to work on sophisticated intellectual property disputes across a wide range of technologies. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in complex litigation while working alongside recognized leaders in the IP field.

Description
- Advise clients on intellectual property disputes, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
- Prepare and manage litigation strategies for intellectual property cases.
- Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on intellectual property protection and enforcement.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar in New York.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and litigation processes.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
