Our client is a General Contractor specialising in new construction and renovations of healthcare and government facilities, including mission-critical spaces that operate 24/7.Serving DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Their bread and butter is hospital renovations, the majority of the work that they are currently focused on are renovations in active and occupied hospitals.
With strong set of core values and a clear vision- this GC is looking to expand to new markets in the next few years.
Oversee the preconstruction/estimating phases of projects across their team and assist in an advisory role, holding the team accountable for strategically bidding/budgeting each opportunity that comes through.
Reviews final contracts (Owner and Subs) for accuracy and clarity.
Turns over Owner Contract to the President for final signature.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients.
Oversee general communication of office team, internally and externally.
Stepping in as needed.
Provides conflict management resolution as needed.
Stays aware of project progress through life cycle of each job.
Regularly visits projects and touch base with project teams.

My client is looking to hire a PM or Sr. PM to join their team based out of Chantilly, VA!

Description
- Oversee the preconstruction/estimating phases of projects across their team and assist in an advisory role, holding the team accountable for strategically bidding/budgeting each opportunity that comes through.
- Reviews final contracts (Owner and Subs) for accuracy and clarity. Turns over Owner Contract to the President for final signature.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee general communication of office team, internally and externally. Stepping in as needed.
- Provides conflict management resolution as needed.
- Stays aware of project progress through life cycle of each job.
- Regularly visits projects and touch base with project teams.
Profile
- At least 5+ years of healthcare experience- specifcally in: In- Patient and hospital expereince
- Needs to have occupised space expereince
- Team mindset
- Ability to provide suppprt to an APM at a future date
- Certifications for ASHE CHC, OSHA 30, PMP, and LEED Accredited Professional Status are encouraged
- Proficient with construction management software, including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, Procore, Performa and other web-based and project management solutions.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, and to organize necessary resources, including people, materials, equipment, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results.
Job Offer
- Base Salary- this depends on role but ranges from $115,000- 150,000
- $500 a month vehicle allowance
