Description

• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Help prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or risks to mitigate them.
• Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services required for the project.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, including tracking expenses and preparing budget reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on the construction site.
• Communicate project updates and concerns to stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

Profile

• 1+ years of commercial construction experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to grow to a Project Manager role
• On-site experience preferred
• Passion for construction!
