Description

  • Prepare and review partnership tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with multi-state taxation matters, ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex tax issues and provide solutions.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to the real estate industry.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data and prepare reports.
  • Support clients with tax planning and advisory services as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the tax department.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and expertise.

Profile

A successful Tax Associate should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Tax.
  • A CPA license or progress toward obtaining one is preferred.
  • Experience with partnership tax returns and multi-state taxation.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
