This is an international skincare brand with extensive distribution both internationally and globally. They are in major retailers across the U.S. looking to capitalize on white space, particularly within retail.

Description

- Sales Leadership

- Ability to drive strategy for Account Management and Business Development

- Coaching and Developing a high-performing sales team

- Work closely with the General Manager to develop white space and bring on new retail business.

Profile

- 10-15+ years within beauty and cosmetics

- 5+ years in a sales leadership role

- Based in New York City

- Able to work in a small to mid-sized company environment
