Description
As the Owners Project Director you will:
- Lead project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
Profile
The ideal Owners Project Director will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
- 10+ years of construction experience
- 5+ years of Project Management experience (AEC background)
- Experience working with the MSBA - required (project management, engineering or design capacity)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
