A Lead Multifamily Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing multifamily construction sites.

Client Details

Our client is seeking an experienced Multifamily Construction Superintendent to join their team with offices in Dallas, Houston, and Louisiana. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects and have demonstrated team leadership and business management skills.

Description

  • Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
  • Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
  • Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
  • Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
  • Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
  • Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
  • Resolve day to day field issues.
  • Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.

Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
  • Must be familiar with multifamily construction procedures.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.
  • Must be PC proficient. (Procore or Bluebeam knowledge preferred)
