Description

The Superintendent's Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy in execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
