Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent who can lead the firms Charlotte Field Operations overall.

The Senior Superintendent - National Developer - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Prepare punch list and ensure that each item on list is completed satisfactory prior to inspection.
- Schedule inspections by City.
- Assess the schedule of construction to determine the order in which to complete the project.
- Prepare minutes of safety/business meetings.
- Order the necessary parts and replacement parts to prepare units for final inspection.
- Coordinate final clean of apartment units prior to turnover.
- Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in maintaining and enforcing company s safety policies among supervised subcontractors.
- Comply with company safety policies.
- Lock up and close down the job site.
- Sign in new building materials.
- Assist in the resolution of on-site personnel issues.
- It must be understood that these are minimal duties and other duties will be assigned by the supervisor.
Profile
The Senior Superintendent - National Developer - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ Years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Podium Multifamily Project experience is required - 10M+ Projects Minimum
- Degree in Construction Management or related is preferred but not required
- Applicable software knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Offer
The Senior Superintendent - National Developer - Charlotte will receive:
- Highly competitive base salary - $120,000 - 170,000
