Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Knoxville area. This is a high-impact role with a respected general contractor known for delivering quality builds and fostering strong client relationships.

Description

• Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, MS Project, or similar.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
