Project Manager- K-12 Construction
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with proven experience leading K-12 construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing general contractor with a strong pipeline of public sector projects across South Florida.

They specialize in public sector work, particularly K-12 schools, municipal buildings, and institutional projects, and have developed a solid reputation for quality delivery and strong community relationships. Description
Oversee the full project lifecycle of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and school district officials to ensure compliance and project specifications
Manage on-site construction teams and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and timeline standards
Prepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Maintain detailed project documentation and regularly report on progress to internal and external stakeholders
Lead project meetings, drive accountability, and proactively resolve project issues
Ensure all work complies with state, county, and school board regulations
Profile
5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically with K-12 or public education facilities
Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and experience working with local school districts
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and effectively lead a field team
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar
Job Offer
Competitive base salary ($95,000 - $120,000+ depending on experience)
