Project Manager-K-12
Take the lead on high-impact commercial and K-12 construction projects for a reputable general contractor in the Fort Lauderdale area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Project Manager to join a dynamic, growing team focused on quality, safety, and community impact.

Description
Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out
Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams
Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and progress reporting
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery
Profile
5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or K-12 construction projects
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Experience working with local municipalities and school districts is a plus
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $130,000 - $150,000
