Project Manager-K-12

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through close-out

• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site personnel

• Ensure projects meet all safety, quality, and compliance standards

• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams

• Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and progress reporting

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure timely delivery

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or K-12 construction projects

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and within budget

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms

• Experience working with local municipalities and school districts is a plus

Job Offer
