Temp Account Representative
This position focuses on providing direct customer support and serving as the key liaison between clients and internal manufacturing, planning, and credit teams.

Our client is a global leader in advanced composite materials, serving aerospace, defense, space, and industrial markets.
Description
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders, inquiries, and account needs.
Coordinate with manufacturing, planning, and product teams to confirm lead times, specifications, and pricing.
Process RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders while maintaining accurate electronic records.
Communicate shipment delays, forecast requirements, and business updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, contractual agreements, and company policies.
Support new customer account setup and resolve credit issues in partnership with the Credit Department.
Profile
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- They have at least one year of relevant experience or equivalent education, are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and are comfortable working with ERP systems.
- They can analyze and manage customer orders, adhere to trade compliance and company policies, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience in customer service or order management within manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus.
