Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a tenured Project Manager with 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader coming from a reputable general contracting firm, with proven success in education, federal, retail, and/or restaurant construction. As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Description
Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning through closeout.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contract documents.
Oversee procurement of subcontractors and materials; negotiate subcontracts and major purchases.
Monitor project progress and performance; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and client specifications.
Direct and mentor assistant project managers, coordinators, and field personnel.
Conduct regular project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Manage project financials including change orders, billing, forecasting, and reporting.
Profile
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, preferably with a reputable general contractor.
Experience managing education, federal, retail/shopping center, and/or chain restaurant projects.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and contract administration.
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
