Retail Project Manager - Palm Beach, FL
- Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in retail/ franchise construction
- Experience with general contractors and commutable throughout Palm Beach County, FL.

Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of construction.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience managing construction projects with general contractors.
- Experience in fast paced projects, retail/ franchise construction.
- Interior Buildout/ TI experience required, new construction is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 USD (range may vary based on years of experience).
