Description
As a Construction Manager, you will:
- Craft Strategic Project Plans: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with top-tier architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Champion Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to align every facet of the project with overarching business goals and drive success.
- Master Cost Estimation: Oversee and refine project budgets, vigilantly managing costs to keep your projects on track and within financial parameters.
- Deliver Insightful Financial Reporting: Provide senior management with detailed financial updates on project status, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial health.
- Enforce Quality Excellence: Implement rigorous quality control standards to guarantee that every aspect of the work not only meets but exceeds quality expectations and adheres to all building codes and regulations.
- Foster Transparent Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Ensure Successful Project Closeout: Drive project completion by overseeing closeout processes, ensuring all aspects are finalized and delivered to satisfaction.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ Years of Senior Project Management Experience: Proven track record in leading complex construction projects, showcasing your ability to deliver results with expertise and precision.
- Bachelor's Degree in a Related Field: Solid educational foundation in construction management or a related discipline, equipping you with the essential knowledge and skills.
- Experience with Developers, OPMs, or GCs: Hands-on experience working with developers, owner's project managers, or general contractors, particularly in the Boston area, to navigate and excel in diverse project environments.
- Expertise in High-End Interiors or Ground-Up Projects: Demonstrated success in managing high-end interior renovations or overseeing ground-up construction projects, reflecting your versatility and attention to detail.
