My client company specializes in managing complex construction and renovation projects across both private and public sectors. Their services include preconstruction, general contracting, and construction management. They have a strong focus on academic institutions, affordable housing, municipal buildings, and historical restoration projects.

• Writing RFQs - seeking someone detailed orientated
• Utilizing Adobe Suite & Photoshop for marketing
• Sales Layouts / social media management
• Writing proposals for larger jobs
• Attend industry related events - such as exhibit booths & swag handouts
• Adaptable - no days are the same, changing environemnt & new projects
• training / oboarding

Profile

• Experience - right out of college or 1-2 years within marketing, graphic design, architecture, or engineering degrees
• MUST understand - Adobe Suite
• Preferred - knowledge of RFQs / construction or subcontractor industry experience
• Flexible - take on new projects as they come
• CURIOSITY - not afraid to ask questions
• Good attitude + go with the flow
• Skills - can be taught / trained
• Travel - indsutry events
• Location - ONSITE - Holliston MA
