Excellent opportunity for a Contract Business Immigration Attorney to join a prestigious law firm with a high-volume, fast-paced practice. Role will focus on business immigration H-1B matters. Candidates local to Irvine, California able to work in office are preferred.

Description
- Responsible for handling a high volume caseload of H-1B's
- Advising and reviewing cases: AC21 regulations, Recapture analysis, Final NIV assessment, International travel related issues, H4 extension, H4 EAD
- Preparing and drafting cases.
- Communicating with team members on a daily basis.
Profile
- JD or LLM.
- Admission to a US State Bar.
- Experience with business immigration matters, specifically: H-1B's.
- Exposure to AC21 regulations, Recapture analysis, Final NIV assessment, International travel related issues, H4 extension, H4 EAD preferred.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay connected to a team environment.
- Excellent case management skills.
