Description

  • Collaborate within an integrated delivery team to plan, execute, and wrap up complex construction projects from early-stage coordination through final turnover.
  • Serve as a key liaison with owners and consultants, addressing challenges and driving timely solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Support cost planning efforts by contributing to early-stage pricing exercises and formal bid submissions.
  • Partner with field leadership and office personnel to verify cost projections, identifying potential gaps or opportunities prior to execution.
  • Perform in-depth design and site evaluations to ensure alignment with project specifications, standards, and client expectations.
  • Build and refine comprehensive project timelines, conducting regular assessments and adjustments as needed.
  • Lead the creation and tracking of financial baselines, forecasting expenditures and anticipating cost impacts through project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement efforts including strategy, trade coverage, and award decisions for competitively bid and negotiated work.
  • Develop detailed work package outlines and oversee formal contracting processes with external partners.
  • Monitor jobsite compliance and promote safe practices through direct involvement in field inspections and team engagement.
  • Maintain a working command of each phase in the construction delivery process, including technical, logistical, and regulatory components.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects-guiding from contract award through final delivery-as the primary representative to clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with trade partners and vendors, overseeing performance, progress billing, and final documentation.
  • Track and manage all financial aspects of the build, ensuring alignment with cost targets and reporting standards.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a construction-related discipline or similar technical field
  • Minimum of six years leading construction projects, with proven success in project delivery
  • Experience running $5M+ projects
  • Experience working on and/or running Federal projects
  • Strong collaborative mindset when engaging with design professionals and technical consultants
  • Proficient in general office software, with advanced digital fluency across common platforms
  • Exceptional interpersonal abilities paired with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Track record of contributing positively to team dynamics in fast-paced environments
  • Highly driven with strong organizational habits and the ability to prioritize independently
