Sr. Project Manager - Multifamily Construction
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sr. Construction Project Manager with expertise in managing multifamily and hotel projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of a range of complex projects, while working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Our client is a General Contractor that has continued to grow over the past 10 years and developed a very strong track record of delivering high-quality multifamily and commercial projects.
Description
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects to ensure their successful completion within budget, scope, and schedule
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective execution of project plans
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control programs
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to review project progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure all construction work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes
- Liaise with local authorities and obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Manage project risks and opportunities, and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Manage project change requests and ensure they are documented and communicated to stakeholders
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management
Profile
