VP, Senior Developer
The VP, Senior Developer will build and supports the firm's front‑office trading and investment applications using C#/.NET, working closely with traders and portfolio managers and integrating with the firm's Order Management System.

This role is on site four days a week in New York, NY.
Description
- Design and develop mission‑critical C#/.NET applications that integrate directly with the firm's Order Management System.
- Collaborate with traders, portfolio managers, compliance, and other front‑office teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize trading‑related applications to ensure high performance, reliability, and fast issue resolution.
- Implement best‑practice engineering techniques, including design patterns, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior engineers within the team.
Profile
- Has 8+ years of hands on C#/.NET Core and SQL Server experience.
- Brings proven experience working with Order Management Systems in an asset‑management or hedge‑fund environment, with knowledge of equities, fixed income, and portfolio‑management workflows.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve trading‑related application issues, ensuring high performance and reliability under time‑sensitive conditions.
- Shows strong communication, listening, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, enabling effective collaboration with traders, PMs, compliance, and cross‑functional teams.
Job Offer
