Description

• Manage all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and deliverables.
• Review and analyze architectural and engineering plans for accuracy and feasibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
• Prepare and present preconstruction reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations during the preconstruction phase.
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring a smooth handoff to project managers.
