Preconstruction Manager
The Preconstruction Manager will oversee the preconstruction phase of various construction projects, ensuring accurate estimates, timelines, and budgets. This role is critical in the property industry, requiring strong construction knowledge and attention to detail.

Description
- Manage all preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Review and analyze architectural and engineering plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to mitigate potential issues.
- Prepare and present preconstruction reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations during the preconstruction phase.
- Support the transition from preconstruction to construction, ensuring a smooth handoff to project managers.

Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
- A strong background in construction management, with expertise in preconstruction processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering plans.

- Familiarity with construction estimating software and tools.
