Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates, including progress reports and financial summaries, to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project continuity and success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and documentation.
- Lead and motivate project teams to meet deliverables efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
