Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects within the property industry. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description

• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout all phases of construction.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams on-site.

Profile

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
• Start to finish experience with commercial, affordable housing, and light industrial project ($10 million - $40 million dollars)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Experience in the property industry and managing construction projects.
