Senior Superintendent - Ground Up K12 Education
The Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction is in charge of assisting with or planning a construction project, ensuring that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, and within budget. They will also develop and maintain a positive company reputation with the design-build construction team, the client, and the community.

Description
Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction is expected to:
- Run/manage project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.
Profile
Senior Superintendent - Commercial Construction has a background similar to:
- Ground up construction experience
- Wood frame and steel commercial experience required- 5+ years experience as superintendent
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry as a construction superintendent
- Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary ($120,000 - $140,000/annually)
