Tax Manager - Technology - REMOTE
The temporary tax manager will join the firm through a transaction, and assist the VP of tax will all tax and accounting matters.

Description
The key responsibilities of the Tax Manager include the following:
- Assist tax VP of transaction related tax projects
- Federal & state corporate tax compliance and provision
- International tax matters
- May get involved in some transfer pricing!
Profile
The ideal Tax Manager will possess the following qualities:
- 5+ years of corporate tax experience
- Availability Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
