Description
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the $90M Potomac Shores multifamily project from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
- Foster client relationships and represent the company professionally
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture

Profile
You're a seasoned construction professional with a passion for leading complex, high-value projects and mentoring teams.
You bring:
- 8+ years of experience in commercial construction
- Proven success managing multifamily or large-scale new construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence
