Assistant Project Manager - Ground Up - $95k
We are looking for a motivated and driven Assistant Project Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the construction industry and a desire to develop into a Project Manager role. You will start by supporting the closeout phase of a $250M high school project in Worcester, MA, before transitioning to a $140M middle school project in Clinton, MA. You will work closely with the Project Management team.

Description
Assistant Project Manager - Ground Up - $95k - Responsibilities
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, and management.
- Support the project closeout documentation process.
- Manage submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), and change orders.
- Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solicit pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Track and ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Resolve project-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Oversee and manage the Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders.

- Competitive salary between $75k and $95k, depending on experience.
