R&D Engineer - Aerospace - Amherst, NH
The R&D Engineer will lead a team in driving efficient manufacturing and process development within a high-volume investment casting.

Description
This R&D Engineer is responsible for leading a team in a high-volume manufacturing environment which will focus on driving continuous improvements in process efficiency and product quality. The successful candidate will supervise technicians, manage project schedules, and collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to meet key milestones.
As the R&D Engineer you will use data-driven insights to optimize different metal processes and support research for development initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and innovation.
- Lead and enforce safe work practices to maintain a safety-first culture.
