This Senior Superintendent position oversees delivery of a large, complex ground‑up construction project, providing full responsibility for field execution, schedule, safety, and team leadership from start to finish. Description
The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitoring construction progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to on-site teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Preparing and submitting daily reports detailing project progress and any challenges encountered.
- Maintaining strong communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
