Description

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitoring construction progress and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to on-site teams to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Preparing and submitting daily reports detailing project progress and any challenges encountered.
• Maintaining strong communication with clients to address concerns and provide updates.
