HRIS Sr. Specialist - Midtown (4 days onsite) - Up to $145K
A top-tier professional services firm in Midtown Manhattan is hiring a Senior HRIS Specialist to lead Workday operations and manage a growing team. Description
- Manage the end-to-end HRIS functions, focusing primarily on Workday modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Timecard Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR needs, develop solutions, and drive improvements in the HRIS system.
- Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring accurate and efficient HR data management.
- Oversee the integration and system updates within Workday, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Train and develop HRIS team members, enhancing their technical skills and professional growth.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in HRIS, with a deep understanding of Workday, including Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Timecard Management, and Core HCM modules.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team of HRIS professionals.
- Excellent communication skills with a confident, charismatic presence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day HRIS operations.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to system improvements and process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
