3 days onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. $100k-$120k + bonus.
Description

Compensation:
Design and manage salary structures, pay bands, and incentive programs.
Conduct market analyses, benchmarking studies, and internal equity audits.
Partner with Finance and HR leadership during the annual compensation planning cycle (merit increases, bonuses, promotions).
Provide strategic compensation advice for new hires, promotions, and internal moves.
Evaluate and recommend job grades, titles, and salary offers based on market data.

Benefits:
Support the administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, 401k, wellness initiatives, etc.).
Partner with brokers/vendors during annual renewal periods.
Assist in evaluating benefit offerings to ensure competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits inquiries and escalations.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure programs are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (FLSA, ADA, ACA, ERISA, etc.).
Prepare reporting for audits, internal reviews, and leadership presentations.

Continuous Improvement:
Recommend improvements to reward programs to meet the changing needs of the workforce.
Drive education and communication strategies to increase employee understanding and engagement with total rewards.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus.
5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with exposure to benefits administration.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Experience supporting a manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environment preferred.
Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders.
Eager to expand skillset across the broader Total Rewards function if not already experienced.
