Commercial Interiors Project Manager - Westchester, NY
We're hiring a Commercial Interiors Project Manager to lead office interiors and tenant improvement (TI) projects across Westchester County and the surrounding market. You'll own delivery from preconstruction through closeout-managing schedule, budget, trades, and client expectations on fast-paced corporate/workplace fit-outs

Our client is a well-established GC/CM known for delivering high-quality commercial interiors-particularly corporate office, workplace, and Class A fit-outs-with repeat clients and a collaborative culture. They have an active backlog and prioritize safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget execution.
Description
- Manage commercial office interiors / tenant improvement (TI) projects end-to-end
- Drive preconstruction: scope review, buyout strategy, GMP/lump sum budgeting
- Build and maintain CPM schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6 as applicable)
- Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and long-lead tracking
- Oversee MEP/FP coordination, ceiling grid coordination, and above-ceiling conflicts
- Manage RFI/submittal workflows; review shop drawings and material lead times
- Control project costs: cost reports, commitments, contingency, and forecasting
- Own change management: CO pricing, client approvals, and subcontractor COs
- Run weekly OAC meetings; produce meeting minutes and action logs
- Coordinate building management, access, logistics, and after-hours work plans
- Ensure compliance with codes, ADA, life safety, and required inspections
- Manage punch lists, closeout, as-builts, O&M manuals, and turnover (TCO/CO)
- Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and Teams to drive execution

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 4+ years as PM/APM on commercial interiors / office fit-out / TI projects
- Strong knowledge of interior scopes: drywall, ACT, flooring, millwork, MEP
- Proven schedule and budget ownership; comfortable in fast-track environments
- Skilled in subcontractor management, field coordination, and issue resolution
- Strong contract/admin fundamentals: RFIs, submittals, pay apps, change orders
- Tech-forward: Procore (or similar), Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel
- Clear communicator who can lead client-facing meetings and manage stakeholders
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects or phases at once
- Local/regional experience in Westchester/NYC tri-state commercial interiors a plus
Job Offer
