Sr. Principal, Lean Engineer

• Collaborate with site leadership to strategize and implement continuous improvement aligned with the Lean Operating System.

• Establish and refine visual and daily management systems for effective factory oversight.
• Lead kaizen events to rapidly implement sustainable improvements on the shop floor.
• Analyze and optimize transactional processes to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train and coach personnel on Lean and CI methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Profile

A successful candidate for this role typically possesses:

• A Bachelor of Science degree coupled with a solid foundation of at least 10 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise and a proven track record in implementing and leading Lean development principles and practices.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through improvement initiatives and build Lean capabilities.
• Proficiency in applying structured problem-solving methodologies and value stream mapping to drive tangible results.
