CLO Sr. Associate

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a candidate to contribute to the financial services industry by managing and supporting private fund structures and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). This individual will be responsible for the modeling and maintenance of CLOs.

Description

• Manage and oversee the operational aspects of private fund structures and CLOs within the middle office department.
• Develop and maintain CLO models
• Run pre-trade testing for trades utilizing the CLO models
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies for all fund-related activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support the structuring, launch, and ongoing management of CLO transactions.
• Analyze and monitor fund performance, making recommendations for operational improvements.
• Prepare detailed presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in audits and ensure the accuracy of financial records and statements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain best practices.

Profile

A successful CLO Sr. Associate should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge and at least 3 years of private fund structures and CLOs within the financial services industry.
• WSO (Wall Street Office), ClearPar, and Aladdin experience preferred
• Proven expertise in financial reporting and operational management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining compliance.
