Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities for high-end residential projects in the $10M+ range.

• Manage subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards.

• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication and execution.

• Monitor budgets, track progress, and resolve issues that may impact project performance.

• Deliver a final product that reflects the highest levels of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of superintendent experience with a strong track record of successfully delivering custom homes valued at $10M or more. They will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-end finishes. This individual must be highly organized, client-focused, and capable of building strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
