Residential Construction Manager
This role leads all day‑to‑day field operations for a luxury residential community, overseeing trades, inspections, homeowners, and quality from start to finish. You'll independently manage production homes with semi‑custom options while working closely with sales, purchasing, and warranty teams.

Description
The Construction Manager - Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Independently managing daily on-site construction operations for a residential community
- Coordinating trade partners, sit development activities, and municipal inspections
- Leading homeowner meetings and maintaining strong customer communication throughout the build
- Overseeing schedules, quality control, and safety compliance on site
- Partnering closely with sales, purchasing, warranty, engineers, and inspectors
- Managing warranty items and ensuring smooth handovers at completion
Profile
A successful Construction Manager-Superintendent should have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction
- Background in production or semi-custom homebuilding strongly preferred
- Strong customer-facing and conversational communication skills
- High organization and detail oriented skills, and ability to run a site with minimal supervision
- OSHA 30 certification required
