Description

• Oversee daily site operations for healthcare construction projects.

• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with OSHA & DOB regulations.

• Maintain high safety and quality standards.

• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion.

Profile

• Experienced in healthcare construction.

• Holds OSHA and DOB licenses.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on-site.

• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious.

Job Offer

• Salary: $80K-$100K (junior), $110K-$140K (mid-level), open to higher salaries for senior candidates.
