Superintendent - Class A Office
Our client is looking for a sharp interiors superintendent to reinforce their field team and to work locally in the Atlanta Metro area. Sectors include: Class A office, higher education, retail, restaurant, non-profit, LEED certified projects.

- Interiors focused GC, headquartered out of Atlanta has been in business over 40 years and is a premier interiors focused GC.
Description
- Primary site leader of all subordinate superintendents, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Establish project plan, maintain weekly progress and pulse of project.
- Manage and coordinate all job site operations.
- Manage labor and subcontractors to ensure work quality and on-time delivery of services.
- Maintain positive relationship with Owners, Design Consultants, and PM's.
- Coordinate with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure compliance.
- Strictly enforce Safety Program and manage the Quality Control Program
- Prepare and maintain detailed short-term schedules.
- Manage accurate invoice payment process and financial management of the project costs.
- Resolve day to day field issues.
- Prepare daily reports with all manpower and significant activities.
Profile
- Construction experience in Class A office is required. LEED Certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience working in the construction industry
- Strong tenure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Construction Management or related field, preferred
Job Offer
- Superintendent must be comfortable with:
- Hourly pay up to $58/hour and they are eligible for all overtime they work
- Company truck
- Annual bonus
- Company pays 75% of health insurance for the individual
- Profit sharing
