Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Projects - Worcester MA

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground up construction projects in Worcester, MA. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with nearly 50 years in business and over 1,000 completed projects across Massachusetts. They specialize in ground-up construction for commercial, manufacturing, multifamily, automotive, and industrial buildings. Description

• Oversee all aspects of on-site construction for ground-up projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and building codes
• Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Serve as the primary site contact for clients and stakeholders
• Keep accurate documentation and progress reports
• Foster a collaborative and efficient work environment

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in ground-up construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and ensure project success
