MEP Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced MEP Coordinator to join our team, supporting large-scale commercial projects valued at $50M+. This role will split time between project sites in Los Angeles and Orange County, ensuring seamless coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout all phases of construction.

Description
Coordinate all aspects of MEP systems across multiple trades and disciplines, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment.
Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, design consultants, and subcontractors to drive technical coordination, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
Lead MEP-related meetings, manage RFIs and submittals, and track equipment procurement and long-lead items.
Oversee field installation and conduct site inspections to verify compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety protocols.
Utilize BIM tools and 3D modeling software to support coordination and identify potential design conflicts early.
Profile
Minimum 5 years of MEP coordination experience in large-scale commercial construction.
Proven track record of managing MEP scopes on projects exceeding $50M in value.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and their integration into complex building projects.
Proficiency in construction documentation, scheduling, and software tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Navisworks, Revit, Procore).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Willingness to travel between job sites in Los Angeles and Orange County as needed.
