LIHTC Construction Project Manager
Lead affordable housing projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, regulatory compliance, and delivery schedules. This high-profile role offers the chance to directly shape the success of LIHTC developments and the communities they support.

Description
- Guide the construction process from pre-development through final completion.
- Direct and coordinate contractors, architects, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.
- Ensure strict adherence to LIHTC and all regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Cultivate strong relationships with developers, lenders, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits regularly, maintaining a focus on safety, risk management, and quality control.
- Lead project meetings, deliver clear updates, and address challenges with proactive solutions.
Profile
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in LIHTC, affordable housing, or multifamily development. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in fast-paced settings where each day brings new challenges. Strong skills in budgeting, regulatory compliance, and communication are key to your success. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and certifications such as PMP are considered a strong advantage.
