Construction Project Manager - White Plains, NY
We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee a $100 million ground-up mixed-use project featuring block and plank construction. This role requires strong leadership, technical know-how, and the ability to manage every phase of construction from precon to closeout.

Description
Manage full project cycle, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards
Lead project buyout, cost reporting, change management, and requisitions
Drive procurement and submittals process to ensure timely material delivery
Coordinate and run OAC meetings and site safety planning
Collaborate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
Mentor and manage Assistant Project Managers
Profile
You bring 5+ years of project management experience on mixed-use, multifamily, or affordable housing developments. You're detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with a track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and on budget. Candidates living near Westchester or Southern CT are strongly preferred.
Job Offer
